The Gumball 3000 Route 2014 started in the USA, in Miami, Florida and snaked it’s way through Atlanta Georgia and paused in New York City. After which each team’s vehicle was loaded into a plane and transported to Edinburgh. Each team would then drive from Edinburgh to London, Paris, and Barcelona before reaching the 2014 Gumball Race on the Spanish party island of Ibiza.
Following the race Deadmau, who is a prominent musician and his co-driver, Tony Belleci sold the vehicle which they raced in, which happened to be a Ferrari 458 on Craigslist for $380,000.
Some of the other impressive cars which featured in the 2014 Gumball 3000 race included a classic Ford GT, a few metallic Ferraris, a couple of speedy Maseratis and a wide variety of British vehicles including Rolls-Royces, Jaguars, Aston Martins, and Bentleys.
